Booking terms:
A booking is made by completing the booking form and returning same with your deposit of 30% per person. A Confirmation letter will be sent to you as soon as possible after receipt of your booking form and deposit.
Deposit payments can be made by electronic bank transfer, PayPal using most credit/debit cards, or PayPal accounts. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros, or Pounds). Credit/Debit cards are NOT accepted locally for security reasons. All the bookings are guaranteed after we receive the deposit receipt.
Surcharges:
Asni Diamane Voyage reserves the right to increase the tour cost to take account of the following: government action, currency exchange rates, transportation costs (including the cost of fuel), If the surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the tour cost, the Company must notify the Client as quickly as possible in order to enable him to take appropriate decisions, and the Client may then cancel the booking within 7 days of being notified of the surcharge and obtain a full refund.
Cancelation by the Client:
The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to the Company in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day when written notice is received by the Company.
Cancellation charges apply as follows for trips lasting less than 4 days:
Less than 3 days: 0% of the total cost
Less than 48 hours: 50% of the total cost
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total cost
Cancellation charges apply as follows for trips lasting more than 4 days:
Client shall submit a cancellation notice by e-mail with an authentic reason(s), and then refund procedure following the below timeframes:
1. If cancellation is made before 3 weeks of the trip departure date, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation, and the rest will be credited on their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge.
2. If cancellation is made before 2 weeks of the trip departure date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation. Further will be same as above process.
3. If Cancellation is made before 1 week of the trip departure date 70% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation.
4. If cancellation is made within less than a week of departure or upon arrival, no refund shall be provided. Due payment should be made or claimed by legal process.
Child Policy:
Children aged 2-5 years are free of charge
Children aged 6-12 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents) maximum of 1 child per family.
LIABILITIES:
Asni Diamane Voyage will not be liable regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, political instability, flight cancellation or delay, sickness, low Bookings, or any kind of accident or extra cost incurred. All clients are advised to take out their own comprehensive insurance to adequately cover medical and personal accident risks even though we ensure you provide the best experience on your trip with us. During tours, transportation, hotel accommodation, and other services only act as an agent so in any way, Asni Diamane voyage will not be liable for any accident, damages, theft, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents on deviation because of factors beyond our control.
Complaints:
If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, the Client must bring it to the attention of the travel agency, at the time so that they may use their reasonable endeavors to rectify the situation. Failure to complain at the time will affect the Client’s ability to claim compensation from the Company. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to our travel agency within a reasonable period of not more than 4 days after the completion of the tour.
